It has 8 cores and 16 threads, so it handles many tasks at once, reaches a maximum speed of 5 GHz and carries 104 MB of cache in total (L2 + L3). It is made on TSMC 5 nm FinFET and TSMC 6 nm FinFET process nodes. It supports DDR5 memory in two channels, up to DDR5-5200 and up to 128 GB. The PCIe 5.0 interface has 28 lanes, 24 of which are usable.
