Delivery

We deliver across Georgia. A courier brings the order to your address, and in Tbilisi that is often the same day.

Timing

Tbilisi: same or next day.
Regions: 1-3 working days.
Orders placed before 14:00 are processed the same day, later ones the next day.
Couriers do not work on Sundays and public holidays, but you can place an order at any time.

Cost

Tbilisi - 5 ₾ (+2 ₾ per additional item)
Major cities - 8 ₾ (+3 ₾ per additional item): Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, Gori, Zugdidi, Poti, Telavi, Khashuri, Samtredia, Senaki, Zestaponi, Marneuli, Kobuleti, Akhaltsikhe, Ozurgeti
Other regions - 12 ₾ (+4 ₾ per additional item)

Delivery is free from 100 ₾, whatever the zone. You see the exact amount at checkout before you pay - there is no hidden shipping cost.

How handover works

The courier calls before setting out to agree a time.
Open the box and check the item while the courier is there. If it is damaged, do not accept it and call us straight away.
Large appliances (fridges, washing machines) are delivered to the door of the flat. Carrying upstairs and installation are agreed separately.
Someone else can accept the delivery - they only need the order number.

Tracking

You can follow the order on the my orders page. Every status change is emailed to you, and once the parcel is handed to the courier you get its tracking number.

If we miss you

The courier tries again. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order comes back and we refund it; sending it out again costs a new delivery fee.
