Popo (popo.ge) is an online electronics store. We may update these terms at any time; the updated version takes effect upon publication on this page.

• You may order with an account or as a guest.
• You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock shortage, pricing error or suspicious activity.

• All prices are in Georgian Lari (₾) and include VAT.
• Payment by card, 0% installment, or cash on delivery.
• If a pricing or description error occurs, we will contact you before confirming the order.

We deliver across Georgia; free over 100₾. Returns are accepted within 14 days if condition and packaging are intact. All products are original with official warranty. See the Delivery, Returns and Warranty pages for details.

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the site's operation.
• Do not post false, offensive or misleading content (e.g. in reviews).

All site content (logo, design, text, images) belongs to Popo or its partners and is protected by law. We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee constant availability and are not liable for indirect damages.
