• Identity data: name, email, phone, delivery address - when registering or placing an order.
• Order data: purchased products, payment method, delivery details.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address - for site operation and security.
• Cookies: used for site functionality (language, theme, cart, favorites) and service improvement.
• Site usage analytics: without your name or contact details, we record which pages you view, how long you stay, how far you scroll and which buttons you click - to improve the site. We do not store what you type into forms (phone, address, password); search phrases are kept without personal data. If you decline cookies this is switched off; we link it to your account or order only with your consent. Detailed records are kept for 60 days, after that only totals remain.
• Telegram bot (@Poposhopping_bot): if you start the bot yourself, we keep your Telegram name, language, phone number (if you share it), what you search for and view in the bot and on the site opened from it, your cart and orders - to send you order updates, cart reminders and offers that match your interests. Offers stop with /stop; blocking the bot stops every message.
